Remove 10% Administrative Fee Charge

I am an OFSTED registered childminder in Bradford. Bradford Council have charged me 10% of my funding terms income for an administrative error. This equates to 50% of this month's wage. With staff to pay, household bills and a business to run, this isnt manageable.

So many childminders in Bradford have been affected by this fee, which is wholly disproportionate to the work needed to fix the error.

This needs replacing with an administrative fee which reflects the work undertaken to rectify any administrative errors.
