Remove anti homeless bars on benches

Remove the recently added features on the benches in Bexhill-on-Sea. It is clear from public opinion that they are not needed or wanted. Bournemouth Council removed them two years ago due to public outrage. Rother District Council should do the same.

Why is this important?

Homelessness is a not a choice.
