Remove the boards from outside the building's on Bold Street.
Liverpool City council and the services involved remove the boards and meshing from outside the building, 'Reflex', on Bold street, and allow the homeless to continue their sheltering and refuge there.
Why is this important?
Homelessness in Liverpool is a massive problem which continues to remain unaddressed.
There are over 2000 people in the city who are street homeless or living within hostels.
This figure is set to rise dramatically over the next five years as more austerity and cuts are placed upon vital services such as housing, addiction support and mental health programmes.
Instead of demonising these people amd further alienating them out of society we should be working together to protect and support them, their safe spaces are being destroyed and their human rights once again are further being jeopardised and breached.
