Why is this important?
The current compensation is inadequate and embarrassing when we take into account their duty’s. It's not only morally right, but increasing the pay will also inevitably foster more interest in enlisting in our armed forces, which has seen a significant decline over the years.
Our national security should be a priority and financially supporting those who protect us is a critical part of that commitment. it's time we rectify this injustice.
