Resident parking at Portway/from bridge to Westbury road

We the residents of Portway (bridge upwards to Westbury road) are having a very stressful time with parking issues, we are seeking permission's for Resident parking only.
This problem is caused by Barney lodge nursery staff, there are 23 employee's in total none of which are allowed to park in the very large car park on the site of the Nursery.
We have all at some point spoken or e-mailed to discuss the inconvenience of being unable to park near our homes Monday to Friday.
E-mail evidence and letters attached.
The Employer does in fact ask them not to park here, but they only stop for a period of weeks.
We the residents are asking for your help as we are not able to achieve this goal unaided
At the weekend we have no problem parking, if there is need to purchase heavy goods or even grocery shopping should we have to shop at the weekend ?
In Salisbury, Trowbridge and Swindon and many parts of Hampshire residents parking has much improved day to day living.

Why is this important?

It is important to us all to be able to park to off load heavy goods, even groceries.
Personally I have broken my Pelvis, yesterday I drove to get milk, I returned home straight away but a Barney lodge employee had parked outside of my front door ! I had to park under the bridge, I sat in my car and wept how am I going to walk that far unaided and by myself .

Also as the houses here are around 200 year old listed buildings we are all updating and maintaining them.
There are many stories of inconvenience, not being able to get a builders van parked in the street is often very stressful !
my story,
I had to walk to Barney lodge to ask two members of staff to move their vehicles, I was having a wood burner installed and they needed access to the chimney, achieved by using a cherry picker, no chance of parking it,
The owner's did move but were surley at being called out of work.

Most of us are repairing and caring for these old buildings, they are a part of our History, part of our National heritage.
Please help us to live here more comfortably, all we need and ask for is Resident parking as we continue care for these charming old cottages.

Thank you for taking the time to read our issues, they are effecting our daily lives in a negative way.
