Retesting of Motorists
Produce legislation which means that motorists shouldn't have a 'driving licence' for life, but will be required to be retested to show they are still competent to drive their potentially lethal machines.
Retesting periodically, which could be decided on as far as how often this should be.
Why is this important?
To ensure road safety and competent compliant drivers.
To bring in revenue to Government and also hopefully to reduce insurance premiums to the driver.
