Sack Andy Burnham as Mayor of Greater Manchester with regards the GMP Scandal

In the wake of the scandal of over 80,000 people's unreported crimes in Greater Manchester, it is only right and fair that the people of Greater Manchester have the right people there to not only represent them but keep them safe.
An elected mayor is ultimately the person that is responsible for policing in Greater Manchester. They should look out for the people - the Chief Constable and the Mayor have failed the people inc vulnerable people of the borough.
The Chief Constable has done the right thing and quit and is allowing someone to come in and sort things out but ultimately if the person higher is not changed as well then thing changes.
Therefore he should either do the right thing and resign or be sacked to allow a new team to resolve this and put trust back in our communities.

Why is this important?

The safety of the people of Greater Manchester should feel safe and their representatives should have trust and confidence in them. It is clear the top team has failed the people of Greater Manchester and new leadership is required.
