Save Deer Park Field

We would like to stop the proposed development on Deer Park Field in the St Ann's area.

Why is this important?

The field is a precious local amenity that enriches the neighbouring nature reserves. It is a beautiful field, brimming with wildlife and had been labeled 'bio abundant' by local ecologists who agree that the field is not the right place for building on.

It has been a vital lifeline for many during the pandemic, including the many key workers living locally who rely on the field for access to an open, serene, green space. It is used regularly for dog walking, fruit picking, walking, running, star gazing, home schooling, and mental health.

This petition is for anyone in both the local and wider community who use this field and feels that it should be saved from the proposed Gleeson's development, of 80 houses.
