Do not close Maryhill's historic Library which has served the local community for more than 100 years.
Maryhill Library is a very important community space and a historic building in the city, we cannot afford to lose it.

Start children reading using libraries and they will be set for life. Much better than current electronic devices.
Public libraries are vital for communities, for their intellectual as well as professional progression. Maryhill Library offers a quiet, indoors space where you can study, access a computer, and print important documents (such as CV's) -- spaces like that are not in abundance in Maryhill. Closing this library would make the local community worse equipped for academic, professional and intellectual progress, all of which are sorely needed in this part of town.
No Glasgow libraries should be closed nor our historic buildings lost.To the people of Maryhill get posters up, use face book, get out on the street at the read ins.! Librarys matter, for books, for data deprivation. Every community thats under threat supports you
