I want a bank to offer the best and most convenient levels of customer service which will only suffer with branch closures.
Branches of banks are scarce enough now...On-line banking fraught with problems and I prefer to talk to a face.
We lost our local NatWest branch recently and it not only has an impact on the local community but the other branches that cannot cope with the added pressure from the customers who have lost their local bank.It causes longer waiting times and grumpy customers
