Save the Silence
Lets help the future be more inclusive by making sign language an essential lesson to learn in public and private schools across the UK. What a wonderful and beautiful world that will be where people hard of hearing can feel more connected to the world. Lets start here and help save the silence by allowing the future which is our children to learn what could be the start to true connection and inclusiveness.
Why is this important?
Approximately 19% of the total population or 1 in every 7 persons suffer currently from hearing loss. Around one in three people between the ages of 65 and 74 will suffer from hearing loss. Friendship and communication is such a beautiful thing. Lets make the future more connected. Lets make sign language an essential lesson in schools. One simple step but a leap for the future.
