Keep it open as a vital Community asset.
Apart from being an historic and architecturally important building it is currently well run and will be a great loss to the area. I cannot see how the closure would provide any meaningful saving to the City of London.

If you suffer from DI you need all the public toilets open
This is one of the few remaining civilised toilet facilities left in London,if the corporation think they are contributing to the quality of life around the city by closing it they have lost their sense of being in a world class city
With an increasing lack of public facilities in central London, it would be a scandalous decision to close this much needed toilet.
