All new house and commercial builds should come with Ground Source Heat Pump heating systems which operate at 30% of the energy cost of conventional central heating. Existing properties should be offered a subsidy to install these systems, similar to that offered for photovoltaic panels.
Why is this important?
The conservation of energy, leading to a reduction in the use of fossils fuels and undermining the need for nuclear power, and thus reducing CO2 emissions and global warming.
