SCHOOL UNIFORM COSTS AND MONOPOLIES

Make school logo's available to buy without forcing people to buy goods from that particular shop who invariably charge extortionate prices and then declare that it as directed by the schools themselves.

Why is this important?

High profit margins and fixed shops with school logo's mean people have no choice but to use designated shop or shops thus limiting choice. For example a jacket at Asda is between 10 and 12 pounds the same jacket with logo is around 40 pounds the profit margins are enormous and it is totally unfair exploitation. Also pre loved jackets donated to schools are then sold for around 10 pounds so schools are on a winner every time. If the badges only cost a couple of pounds to produce why can they not be made available on their own and how much are the schools making out of this ??

This is about freedom of choice as to where you buy a product and the fact that it is in fact a monopoly.

Also should a school profit from a necessary item such as uniform??
