To: We, the undersigned, call upon Everyman Cinema Marlow to consider including Palestinian films and documentaries in its programming.
Show Palestinian Films and Documentaries in Marlow!

Palestinian cinema, like the highly acclaimed The Teacher and the recently Oscar and BAFTA-awarded No Other Land, provides vital insight into the Palestinian people’s struggle for justice, self-determination and freedom.
Many independent cinemas in the UK—including the Curzon, BFI, Picturehouse, the Barbican, The Rex in Berkhamstead, just to list a few—have screened Palestinian films, demonstrating their commitment to diverse perspectives and global awareness. We urge Everyman Cinema to follow their example.

Interest in the Palestinian perspective is currently gaining a lot of momentum, not just globally but here in our own town of Marlow. In 2024, our group successfully organised two small film screenings—Where Olive Trees Weep and Israelism—each attracting nearly 100 attendees. These events proved that there is a strong, engaged local audience for Palestinian films. We are confident that if Everyman Cinema Marlow were to screen Palestinian films, they would be met with great enthusiasm and attendance.
