Speed bumps for Union Street in Montrose, Scotland

The people of Union Street in Montrose want speed bumps installed along the street.

Why is this important?

Drivers repeatedly speed down this street and today (4th November 2026) a 6 year old cat was killed outside his own home by another driver speeding. The street is 20mph but drivers repeatedly ignore this. Speed bumps would be the best decision before another cat or child is killed
