Start the Conversation on Children's Wellbeing: Stop the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill.

The Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill should be stopped.
The ministers should withdraw the Bill and start a conversation based on evidence about what is needed to assist with Children's Wellbeing, without breaching children's Human rights.
The Ministers should ensure they have listened to parents, children, educators, faith leaders, data protection experts, child safeguarding experts, child development experts, SEN and Disability experts, Domestic violence experts, all who have spoken out against the harms that will result should the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill pass into law without significant amendments.
Once they have genuinely listened and started the conversation, any new bill brought forward should be informed by that conversation and evidence-based, ensuring that the child's voice and children's wellbeing, including their right to a private family life, are the golden thread that runs through any new bill.

Why is this important?
