The planning has been submitted to turn the area into a commercial 3G football pitch and academy. Meaning large floodlit artificial pitches being used for commercial gain. This deprives the area of a much loved green space and negatively impacts quality of life for residents on the estate
In the middle of a housing estate this would cause noise, light and traffic pollution
