Stop Building in Flood areas!!
If they want to Build in areas that Flood! Make sure Rivers have adequate room to disperse the water! Low Valley has flooded again due to new houses been built further up the river from where it Floods, who in their right mind puts more water into a small river that has a bottle neck bridge! anyone with a brain should know that a larger river is needed to disperse water quicker so it stops flooding from happening!!!
Why is this important?
Because people are loosing their belongings & Animals after been told! It Won't Happen again!! So who is to blame after they built more houses & let the water go into local river!
