Abandon the proposal to build on a green field site which is prime agricultural land outside of the Faversham urban development envelope.
Why is this important?
Faversham is a rural town and the rural character of the approaches must be maintained. To build 438 houses, offices, an hotel and a care home in an area that is entirely inappropriate will be the start of urban sprawl that will strip the soul out of the town. Faversham people are passionate about their town and object forcibly to developers moving in with merely one goal - to make money.
