Stop rogue management companies.
To bring all the rogue management companies to book, stop the way they are allowed to charge "WHAT THEY LIKE" and make developers act in an open, honest and transparent way when dealing with buyers, the sharp practice has gone on for too long. The law must change, also it has to change retrospectively to help all.
Why is this important?
The charges are "OUT OF CONTROL" these companies are doing what they like, bring a blight to people's lives and the communities in which they have chosen to live.
