STOP RUINING MULBARTON
Stop any further housing development in Mulbarton unless it involves 5 houses or less.
Why is this important?
Mulbarton has had two very large developments and together these have placed significant strains on the village. Despite working hard to cope, the village school and village surgery are very stretched. Voluntary organisations are also overwhelmed with demand that they are unable to satisfy, e.g. the Scouts whose HQ is used every evening, who have started new cub packs and beaver colonies, and now have waiting list and no further vacancies. The providers of nursery facilities are similarly busy as are mother ad toddler groups. The traffic in the village is increasingly busy and the tailback from the traffic lights where the B113 joins the A140 can stretch for over a mile in busy time. Mulbarton used to be a peaceful rural village but it is beginning to lose that identity. As our elected representatives we ask you to stand up for this village and say we have done our bit towards the housing crisis. Just do not ask us to do more .
