Stop the cuts to @TVP_horses

Please do not cut the budget to the TVP Mounted Section, I believe people feel very strongly on this matter, cuts must come from elsewhere!

Horses with Officers on the back can do a job of five Officers on their own, these are vital to the safety of the Police and public.
