71 years ago the National Health Service was set up for patients. It is presently not national, and more and more set up to be run by for profit companies who take the easy uncomplicated cheap to deal with patients. So where do the complicated cases end up? When there is only one pot of money for example in an ICS, who decides to spend the limited resources where? This is Bevan speaking about the function of the National Health Service.

19 June 19 Three more ICS areas announced
Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West - two parts of which, Bucks and Berkshire West, were already separate ICS. The leader of the ICS is Fiona Wise.
The North East and North Cumbria - the largest sustainability and transformation partnership, and now ICS, covering more than three million people, and the existing Cumbria ICS.
South East London - the first ICS in London, covering about two million people.
They join the current 14 ICS, and leave 28 STPs remaining. No new ICS have been announced since spring last year, but NHS England has said all areas will be covered by an ICS by April 2021.
The three additions mean 21 million people will be covered by an ICS.

We have to remember that US Health Multinational Corporations are already embedded behind the scenes in the NHS with existing or completed contracts for Commissioning Support and/or Transformation and 'partnerships' with Foundation Trust hospitals in London and just about every other area of England. In spite of Matt Hancock's statement "there's no privatisation of the NHS on my watch" billions of pounds of public money are to be offered to 'Providers.' The article to reveal this, is explicit that the private healthcare sector is central among those now being offered control of at least £2billion of mental health cash.

Regulations governing how GPs work are being changed

with no opportunity for debate or discussion by our elected MPs.

The proposed changes seem to allow ANYONE to provide GP services through an Integrated Care Provider contract. The Department of Health’s Directions about this explicitly note the OMISSION of any list of those who are ineligible to provide primary care services.

Centene - assisted by executives from its Spanish subsidiary Ribera Salud - is looking to acquire primary care and mental health companies in the United Kingdom. Last year Ribera Salud appointed the former New Labour Health Secretary Alan Milburn to its Board of Directors, to help it “continue with its expansion plans.”

After discussions with the legal team we don't think the Court of Appeal has properly

got to grips with the issues we have raised about the new payment arrangements

within the contract.
