Stop the £10 TOILET PASS charge

Please spend a few minutes read and sign. I have decided to construct this petition after going through an awful experience with young family members who are pupils at Aberdare Community school. 

         On more than one occasion this week, the children have come home from school distraught and in pain after being left for more than 2 hours after needing to use the toilet. Having asked to use the toilet during class time they were refused. Not only were they refused but have been told they would need to purchase a "Toilet pass" for Ten pounds if they wanted to use the toilet in future during class time.

This is an absolute abhorrent policy and is a total breach of Human rights. I for one feel this should be completely banned. I am pretty sure that the staff aren't required to pay this fee. Please could anyone that should agree this shocking charge should be abolished sign this petition. Children have been coming home from school in pain and deeply upset and embarrassed. Parents pay are already incurring massive costs for uniform and school meals. Why should they pay for their child to be allowed to use toilet facilities. Stop this terrible breach of childrens Human rights!!
