Support future nurses
This campaign has ended.
Us, the future nurses, support our colleagues affected by the board's decision and ask the Exam Board to kindly postpone their decision until result of their essays is ratified.
We understand that our colleagues were not given the chance to resubmit their essays according to feedback received or Additional consideration letters.
In previous years the University of Brighton had first attempted repeat and refferals. GEAR Section B 11.1
This year the board has made the decision first attempt - refferals - repeat. We just ask the board to review their decisions and to be supportive of our colleagues.
Our colleague are due to submit their essays on 10 Oct 2024 with results coming in two weeks giving the Board a chance to examine the results in their last meeting of October.

Why is this important?
This is important for our colleagues but to us, nurses of all generations supporting each other.
This is important for students of University of Brighton to have a positive relationship of trust with the tutors of the University and the Exam board.
The NHS depends on each and every one of us to contribute to the immense gap in the workforce.
The decision of this board can encourage current and future students when taking into consideration their place of study.
