To: Wandsworth Council and the Metropolitan Police
Support our right to protest!
We urge Wandsworth Council and the Metropolitan police to enable and facilitate our presence opposite the US Embassy in Nine Elms, in accordance with their legal obligations to protect our rights to peaceful assembly and expression. Legal pressures inflicted by groups, charitable or not, who are themselves influenced by Israel's lobby in the UK, must not be allowed to obstruct these rights which are protected and enshrined in both UK and international law.
Our human and civic rights permit us to peacefully protest and express opposition to what the world's highest courts have deemed to be a plausible genocide and war crimes, being committed by Israel in Gaza.

Why is this important?
The community Camp 4 Palestine is a permanent peaceful protest opposite the US Embassy in London. We are a diverse and inclusive group of concerned volunteers, moved by our collective humanity to act against Israeli crimes in Palestine.
Through legitimately exercising our fundamental rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and association we aim to expose the central role of US and UK military, economic, and political support to the Zionist settler-colonial project, both historically and today.
The US and Britain are directly responsible for Israel's unrelenting war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide of the Palestinian people for over 21 months, in violation of their obligations under International Humanitarian and Human Rights Laws.
We demand the following:

We demand the following:
- Stop the genocide
- Stop arming Israel
- End the siege on Gaza
- End apartheid
- Release Palestinian hostages from Israeli prisons, including over 450 children
- Hold all perpetrators to account
