Tackle single use plastic and introduce a green water scheme in Thanet.

Introduce a scheme which will allow Thanet residents access to free drinking water with the aim to promote healthy choices and reduce reliance on single use plastic, particularly given the government's new litter strategy and funds becoming available to local authorities to address these issues.
