take social care away from council and give to nhs

Take social care services away from councils and give it to the NHS so care is with one body from start to finish and instead of council having a set of bosses to organise funds the NHS will use its manager's to sort the fund's saving lots of money to be used in social care.

Why is this important?

A lot of beds are blocked because cannot leave hospital. The two organisations want to keep control so they keep there jobs. People should be first concerns
