Let their drivers continue to race as they currently do, and drop any possibility of implementing team orders.
Why is this important?
F1 is a viewer based sport, without viewers, both at the venues, and at home watching on tv, there would be very little point in racing.
Viewers don't want to see a race outcome decided by team orders, they want to see the best driver win in his own merit.
At the moment Mercedes are at the top of the pack in F1 and offering some thrills to viewers by letting their drivers race wheel to wheel if the opportunity arises.
