The government must ensure all SME's who supply Carillion are paid in full and on time
The Prime Minister should announce her government's intention to settle all invoices from SME's for work and services carried out for Carillion and its contractors on time and in full.
This will reduce the number of bankruptcies which would otherwise result in a huge rise in unemployment, homelessness and misery for hundreds of thousands more than were directly employed by Carillion.
These are people who have been working for the government in projects and services you and your government operate on our behalf.
As taxpayers and members of this society we insist you take care of us and our own before saving big businesses or paying bonuses to those people who contributed to this disaster.
