To name a road after PC Kenneth Grout

To name a road in a new development of an old police station after a local man who was a well respected and well loved police officer Kenneth Grout, also known as Monkey Roberts.

Why is this important?

To remember a much loved man who made a difference to a lot of people whilst in public office. It's fitting seeing that he served for many decades in Cosham Police station.
