Their reply to our application.
"Unfortunately, after thoroughly reviewing your application with members of our research team, we are afraid to say that we cannot accept your proposal as a Guinness World Records title.
We have looked at your proposal in detail but as you yourself mention it would be a first. A 'first' is not necessarily, in itself, a record — records have to be breakable, measurable and comparable, e.g. tallest, fastest, heaviest, etc., and tend to have arisen as a result of a great deal of (usually international) interest and competition"

We disagree, surely you need a FIRST in order to make a challenge!

There are lost of firsts that Tony has achieved whilst creating his amazing 3D printed Pinball machine. We believe he deserves an entry into the record books, it is then up to others to challenge it!

Why is this important?

Tonys 3D printed Pinball machine took 1 year to design, print and build, using 8.5 kilometres of 3D printing material, 85 different filaments and 1200 hours of printing, it is currently the only one of its kind in existence and it is there to be challenged. However the Records Management Team at Guinness World Records do not deem it to be worthy of an entry into the record books.

If you think that Tony should make the record book please sign the petition and share with everyone you know including the Guinness Book of Records https://www.facebook.com/GuinnessWorldRecords
