Turn OFF Traffic Lights In Hereford! (trial)

Please turn off the traffic lights at the Asda junction in Hereford (Where the A465 meets the A49) as the traffic flows much better when they are off!! Also at the Edgar Street junction, let's have a lights out trial and see if this works.

Why is this important?

This will ease the constant traffic congestion in the city.
