Ty Ephrain hostel Cardiff bed bugs infestation.

Stop the bed bug infestation. 2 chemical sprays have been provided by cardiff council and they don't work. We are all still being bitten daily. so other means need to be carried out which the council should be made fully aware of. After my complaint though email I have not received a response for the matter.
