Urgent: Fix Mail Loss & Delays at Upper Meadow Estate. Chronic Delivery Failures Need Resolution
Residents of Upper Meadow & Equus Close have suffered from chronic mail loss and significant delivery delays. Important documents, bills, medical appointments, and personal correspondence often goes missing or arrive weeks late, causing missed payments, appointments, and considerable stress.
Upper Meadow and Equus Close do not show up accurately on Google Maps or other Map Location software. Directing friends, family and delivery drivers to our home destination is a regular practice, and so it is no surprise that mail is lost or delayed.

- An immediate investigation into why mail is consistently lost or delayed
- A geographical tag of Upper Meadow & Equus Close ensuring everybody can locate us with ease
- Implementation of reliable delivery schedules
- A dedicated postal representative to address ongoing concerns
- Compensation for any losses caused by missing mail
