Wales Planning Bill to protect the legal status of TOWN and VILLAGE GREENS in Wales

Legislate to ensure that the PUBLIC and their needs for Public open space in Wales is FAVOURED against private developers, land bankers and Local authority Local development plans.

Why is this important?

Because the notion of accessible OPEN SPACE in Wales used for sports, recreation and pastimes for over 20 years, should be protected and enhanced in the Public interest for the citizens in Wales.The guidance and Law should reflect the importance of TOWN and VILLAGE GREENS to the many communities in Wales.

Hi Everyone--

Thanks for your immense support and comments..

There will be opportunity to gather at the REC ..Swansea ,

But the main thing is to tell everyone in Swansea to "object" to the Appropriation intended by the City and County of Swansea to negate the efforts of the hardworking Village Green campaigners.

Note the differing deadlines in the TWO notices !![1st deadline 18/4/14--2nd deadline -25/4/14.].

Further updates to follow..this is important to every one in Wales.
