What's in our Honey?

It has come to my attention that with the exception of Raw Honey the honey that we think we are buying is not honey at all! I want to know what we are consuming, is there anything potentially harmful, as Chinese honey has show to contain Heavy Metals and traces of antibiotics. We must know what is in our food, and if it can cause us harm, and what effects we can expect?
Are we being slowly poisoned?
How long have we been lied to?
How widespread is this?
Who Knew?
Who Allowed this to Happen?

Why is this important?

I was always told if you have anything at all, you have your health, if there are contaminants in our food, then how healthy are we? I swapped up sugar for honey in the belief that I was being healthy, yet I find out it is corn syrup and has no pollen! Why are we being deceived and lied to?
