This Petition is to close the loophole that allows speculative developers to exploit council's local housing plan building on green field sites

Why is this important?

Gladman Developments are using a loophole in planning law to systematically attack local areas with multiple housing applications on green field sites. They seek to get planning permission on a 'no win no fee' basis offering farmers irresistible potential profits turning common agricultural land into land with planning permission that is then sold off to the highest bidder. They exploit councils who do not have a complete or adequate 5 year housing plan as set out by government law. Join forces to stop these vultures and plug the loophole or they WILL be coming to the countryside near you!!
