I want Virgin Trains to automatically compensate passengers who have been subjected to excessive delays.It is unacceptable that passengers have to go through a convoluted procedure to get compensation, when technology is available to Virgin to facilitate compensation promptly online.
Why is this important?
The train company is not being discouraged from providing a poor and costly service, as passengers like myself, are too exhausted to go through the laborious procedure of trying to get compensation, after a long tiring journey.
Virgin hold onto this money, are not incentivised to invest and improve the service, which leads to continued misery for passengers.
