Blue Badge Parking

More policing of Blue Badge abuse people using relative and friends badges and fines, removal of badges. More policing so that disabled people don't sit in the car taking up a blue badge space so person with them can shop.

Why is this important?

Because genuine disabled people are often deprived of this service when they desperately need it.
