With the possibility of free trade going ahead, I feel the 1% will gain massively. With all their tax levies.
Hard work of All individuals within companies should be paid too.
So companies with an agreed Margin of Profit should be split with each and every individual worker. Not just the company directors. The people doing the hard work should also get the benefits not just small amounts.
Why is this important?
This is important for not only the economy, but also when people or companies are doing well (especially big corporations) then everyone should have equal amount of bonus shared between the cleaner, tea makers, to the receptionists, marketeers, chefs, waiters, bar staff , supervisor, manager, CEO. This should be split evenly with everyone. That's why everyone is employed in the first place. To make it run smoothly.
