Dry street road safety calming measures

To put in place safety measures in a very tight road, 7' wide in places, to stop constant access rights rows with drivers, stop speeding traffic, should be a 20mph zone. Also a footpath needs to be put in place, as pedestrians, joggers, need to walk in the road with speeding traffic. This must be the only road in Basildon without a footpath through it.

Why is this important?

For the safety of all pedestrians, joggers, horse riders, and of course all who live in Dry st. A new estate of some 700+ houses is being built, surely they will need a footpath !
