1) To honour their promises made less than a year ago to protect pay and conditions.
2) to realise that it's not fair to force low paid/low grade library staff to under go a pay cut and job losses, whilst senior management salaries are not effected.
Why is this important?
Libraries Unlimited Management need to protect jobs, show good practice, protect the terms and conditions of employees.they need to stick to what they promised a year ago.
