Equal travel rights for those medically unable to drive

Extend the travel passes, currently only available to those registered as blind, to all those who are medically unable to drive in Northern Ireland.

Why is this important?

This is important to give people mentioned there independence and inclusion. There freedom from there carers. And it would give there carers some rest bite
