Harrods - stop pocketing tips left for staff.

Harrods have stopped taking tips meant for staff:

Stop pocketing any of the tips left for staff. Instead, put the money into a joint "pot" that gets shared equally between staff members.

Why is this important?

Harrods is a wealthy organisation that does not need to survive by pocketing tips left for members of staff. It is demeaning to Harrods, as an organisation, to be known to be doing this and very, very, unfair to staff.
