Pay unused holiday to employees as a bonus scheme
To consider and pass legislation that would see all unused holiday entitlement paid as a bonus to the employee, with the possibility of a further 10% bonus for employees who take no holidays in any qualifying year.
Why is this important?
This would create a much needed sense of being valued as a hard working and dedicated employee, for minimizing the need to arrange cover for holidays. Also it would solve the problem of an employer asking workers to take holiday to prevent loss of this well earned entitlement.
How it will be delivered
I will email the petition to the Minister in question, as well as seek support from my local MP.
