Inadequate Bus Service

It is important because I lose wages when a bus doesn't turn up and make me late for work.Having to get taxis after work when a bus doesn't turn up because there is an hour wait. I currently use the Arriva bus app which tracks buses. Even that clearly doesnt work properly. If a bus does break down how can they not let people know either on the website of even on social media. (Group of people run facebook page and their always there to help??? Not once have they helped. Its not hard to write about a bus breaking down and possible delays). I buy a weekly bus ticket every week but seems it's just a waste of money. I know plenty of you guys feel the same about arriva. Please sign to show them people power is stronger
