Middle Barrier for the Hayle bypass

With immediate effect, a temporary barrier along the Hayle Bypass on the A30, until a permanent solution can be implemented, to stop people being able to carry put a U-turn in the road.

Why is this important?

There have already been several fatalities, and many many tragic accidents. There are "No U-turn signs" but these are clearly, and regularly ignored.
