Name the gate into New Palace Yard the 'Palmer Gate.'

In honour of PC Keith Palmer, that they officially name the gate into New Palace Yard the Palmer Gate and place a plaque as a memorial to the brave Police Constable.

Why is this important?

This man should have a permanent memorial at the Houses of Parliament.
